Specifically, this includes meditation, which focuses on breathing and bodily sensations, and acting consciously in daily life. For example, there is "mindful eating," which involves slowly savoring your food, and "walking meditation," which involves focusing on the sensations in your feet while walking. Other methods include hot springs, yoga, breathing exercises, saunas, etc. Find what relaxes you.

It is said to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, boost immunity, and even increase happiness. It is gaining attention as an effective way to calm the mind in today's busy society.

 

Rather than just taking it up as a hobby, I incorporate it into my work and daily life.
